Because each book is made to order, we're unable to accept returns. However, if your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
🔔 How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
🕢 How long does it take to receive my spiral-bound book?
Spiral-bound books are made and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
🤔 How do I receive my digital files after purchase?
Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files directly from your order confirmation page.

🖍 What paper type works best?
For colored pencils, standard cardstock (65 lb) works great. For alcohol markers like Copics or Ohuhu, we recommend a heavier cardstock (80–100 lb) to prevent bleed-through.
